- 2 cups oat flour.
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup honey
- 15 oz. Can freshly pureed pumpkin
- 1/4 cup oil (sunflower oil, coconut oil, corn oil, or olive oil will do)


Frosting ingredients

- 1/4 cup Peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey


Directions

1. Mix the oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Add oil, pumpkin puree and honey to a large bowl and beat it until it's smooth. Add your eggs, one at a time until they are all incorporated.
3. Add the flour mixture and beat until there are no visible streaks of flour.
4. Preheat your oven to 350F.
6. Spray your baking pan with nonstick spray and pour your batter in.
7. Bake for about 25 minutes or until it's cooked well in the center.
8. Cool your cake and cover it with frosting.

Cake ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/8 cup vegetable oil

Directions
